Some homes hold a lifetime of memories. For our clients, their home was much-loved and well cared for, but it was ready for a refresh and one that would better reflect how they live today while making sure it continued to serve them well into the future.

Rather than changing the layout, the focus was on making the most of the spaces already there. Thoughtful design choices, practical upgrades and personal touches brought new life to the home, creating a space that feels entirely new while remaining unmistakably theirs.

From a very specific wish for three kitchen sinks to custom-designed living room joinery displaying treasures collected through a lifetime of travel, every detail was considered. The living area also makes room for their granddaughters to stay, creating a welcoming space for everyday life and precious family time.

For us, a successful renovation is about more than updating rooms and selecting finishes. It’s about understanding what matters most to the people who call a house home, balancing their vision with practical considerations and budget, and creating spaces that continue to work for them as their needs change.

The result is a home they can continue to treasure, enjoy and make memories in for years to come, and a reminder that thoughtful renovation isn't simply about changing a house, but creating a better home for the next chapter of life.
