Ben’s natural problem solving ability, combined with an approachable and professional manner, makes him a valuable leader on site and a trusted point of contact for both clients and trades

Amber is a skilled and dedicated tradeswoman, holding a Certificate III in Carpentry.She brings a high level of diligence and attention to detail to every project, consistently delivering quality outcomes across both structural and finishing works. Amber has a strong appetite for learning and embraces the challenges that come with each stage of construction, continually refining her skills and expanding her knowledge.
Her commitment to excellence, and professionalism on site, makes her a valuable team member and great example and ambassador for women in construction.

His workday joy comes from the variety of projects, showcasing his skills in boiler making and fine motor abilities. Reliability and a strong work ethic define his approach, and his calm demeanour extends to teaching apprentices, making him an inspiring mentor in the world of carpentry.

2nd Year Apprentice
Harry Kosmidis brings a unique skill set to carpentry, transitioning from a background in hairdressing. His fine motor skills, honed from years in the trade, complement his growing passion for carpentry and working with finished timber.
With a well-natured demeanour and an acute sense of humour, Harry seamlessly aligns with the Hardwick culture. His previous customer service experience drives his commitment to quality and client satisfaction, and he takes great pride in his work.
