Office Manager

An opportunity has become available for an administrator to make a valuable contribution to our small, dynamic, and friendly team.

This is a part-time casual position. We are seeking a person with a flexible and ‘can do’ attitude.

Duties include, but are not limited to

  • Use of Xero for Payroll, Payables and Receivables, acquitting transactions and monthly account reconciliation.
  • Keeping Excel spreadsheets up to date.
  • Monitoring and filing emails.
  • Liaison with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Maintaining accurate records.

You will need to work with limited supervision and own transport will be necessary.

Hours are approximately 20-24 per week, depending on requirements.
